In a professional context, I help managers, teams, and organizations to work in a coordinated manner, to develop both themselves and their organization sustainably in order to achieve the desired results with as much joy as possible.

In a private context, I work with people who are looking for new perspectives and approaches in their professional environment, their relationships, their personal development.

Regardless of the area in which we operate - real change always happens when we make it meaningful, personal, and fitting to the context.

We humans, whether as managers, project managers, employees or in our private roles as mother, father, partner, etc., are often in situations where new perspectives, different solutions or more diverse behaviors are needed to continue to be successful.

Mediation for sustainable solutions

From wrestling to solving

As an entrepreneur, leader or private individual, are you facing complex problems or conflicts that are to be solved sustainably?  Are there possibly several parties involved who have different interests? Would it be important to you to maintain or improve the relationship of those involved?

I am happy to support you through the structured process of mediation to work out a solution acceptable to all. This applies to complex problems in both the business and private spheres. Occasions for mediation can be:
 

  • Conflicts between managers and employees, individual colleagues, teams, departments, or shareholders
     

  • Succession planning in family businesses
     

  • Partners/families in decision-making situations and phases of upheaval (e.g. clarification of the living situation for the future, separation, clarification of the care of children, change of job, dealing with inheritance ...)
     

In finding a solution, the consideration of all interests of the parties involved is always in the foreground for me. As a neutral person, I support you in solving the issues at hand yourself and in perceiving and articulating your interests, wishes and fears, which are often hidden behind rigid positions. The voluntary nature of your participation as well as negotiating at eye level is an absolute prerequisite for arriving at concrete solutions that are supported by all parties and point to the future. These are usually recorded in a binding agreement.

In addition to my studies in psychology, my many years of international consulting experience in a wide range of organisational change projects as well as my experience as a leader, employee, HR professional, coach and trainer in such contexts, you will benefit from my broad professional foundation and my proven methods in practice.

As a person I am not only a working woman, but also a mother of two children, partner, passionate rider and much more. I myself have some experience with situations of upheaval, which enable me to identify and empathize with a wide variety of situations, to take different perspectives in order to find and invent new possibilities and solutions with you, in order to bring them into implementation.
